Return any stock item for any reason within 30 days for a refund, except:

• Custom Items
• Items marked "non-returnable"
• Items are not in resalable condition

If Uline or Manufacturer is at fault, Uline will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Return Process:

• Submit your return online from the Return Center or call 1-800-295-5510 for a Return Authorization number.
• Write the Return Authorization / Order Number on the outside of the package.
