How can I ship my order to U.S. territories and U.S. military locations abroad?

Create an account on uline.com. Select U.S. as your country and your territory or APO/DPO/FPO code as the state.

Parcel Shipments

• Orders to Military Bases (APO/DPO/FPO) ship via USPS.
• All other U.S. Territories are serviced by UPS.

Freight Shipments

• Puerto Rico orders will ship from our location in Georgia via ocean freight.
• All other U.S. territories and U.S. military orders shipping to a physical base address will ship from our Illinois location via air freight.
• We can also ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder of your choice. In these cases, the order will ship from the closest Uline location.
• Once the order is placed, you will be contacted to approve the shipping cost.

Documentation

For orders billing within the 50 U.S. states:

• Your company is responsible for:
• Delivery to an international destination.
• Complying with export documentation and regulations.
• Uline is not the exporter of record.

For orders billing outside the 50 U.S. states:

• Uline can provide certain export documents (e.g., Commercial Invoice) upon request after the order is placed.
• Documents will also be included with the package.
• EEI Filing: Uline will handle Electronic Export Information (EEI) filing for Uline carriers, freight collect or upon request.
