Order History: Key Features

  • Order History allows you to view, search or filter past orders.
  • You can also change which column headings display, view a list of your purchased items, and add names for your ship-to addresses.

1. How do I change the column headings in my order history?

  • Click "Page Settings".
  • Select which headings you want to display. Then click "Save".

2. How do I view a list of items I purchased?

  • Click "Purchased Products".
  • Click on any heading to sort your purchased products.
  • View the number of times an individual product has been ordered.
  • To add your own item number: Click “Add” next to the product, fill in the field and click “Save”.
  • To download your list as an Excel (.xls) or Text (.csv) file, click on “Export”.
Click "Add Ship-To Names". Click "Add". Enter desired name. Click "Save".

3. How do I add names for my ship-to addresses in order history?

  • Click "Add Ship-To Names".
  • Click "Add".
  • Enter desired name.
  • Click "Save".
